These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Innovix ("the Service"), so please read them carefully before using the Service.
In addition to personal identification information, Innovix may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of device, and technical information about Users' means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for your use of the Service, including any content you post, and for any consequences thereof. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
The Service allows you to post content, including but not limited to text, images, and multimedia content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
By posting content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content.
You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the rights of any third party.
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Innovix collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Innovix Android application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Innovix.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
